      There’s pride in the company’s technical products and domain (network security, controllers, etc.). Being in a smaller / mid-size tech networking company means more exposure to different parts of the product and possible hands-on work.

      Comp could be more competitive. Work loads can be concentrated on specific teams or individuals.
