Even for small matters, everything must go through the CEO, who often refuses — even in humane cases. There’s no flexibility at all; you constantly feel restricted. Social insurance is activated only after three months, without retroactive coverage. The company registers employees with very low amounts just to comply with the law, showing little concern for employee well-being or security. Sick leaves are not allowed until completing three years of service. Even if you’re sick, you must come to work, or your salary will be deducted. There’s no consideration for health or flexibility — as long as you show up, that’s all that matters. There’s no concept of permission for late arrival or early leave; any delay results in a half-day deduction. The company focuses heavily on cost-cutting at the expense of employees, with no real appreciation or motivation.
