      Great Pay, Remote, Freedom so you can't really ask for more.

      Cons

      A lot of regulations being that you are dealing with financial products but if you are conscious this isn't a issue.

      Pros

      Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

      Cons

      Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
