Great place to work. I can wholeheartedly say that I love what I do, where I work and the team I work with. Great work culture, very easy going and great HR team. Very relaxed office environment which allows you to be comfortable and work hard. HR team is extremely thoughtful and truly cares for their employees and the families of the employees. I cant count how many time my wife has said, "Wow, your company is awesome" referencing one of the many kind gestures by the HR team and management. Upper management honestly listens and thier doors are always open. Fun office parties for holidays and special occasions. Great employee of the month, year and referral programs. I highly recommend AAC as an employer. There are so many great opportunities here.
Cons
Limited teleworking as management prefers staff be in the office. Not an issue for me as I live close and generally am more productive in my office anyways. Training reimbursement program can be frustrating. I have been lucky enough to have been sent to several training classes as part of job requirements. However, trying to get approval for training reimbursement for a class/certification that will help in day to day job functions, and is within the annual training limit but is not specifically required has proven to be extremely difficult. I have been unsuccessful (in getting approval) in several past attempts.
