      Pros

      Very large and complex Project with many facets and interfaces. The work environment was excellent and the people were very professional.

      Cons

      Corporate infrastructure is short handed and corporate data collection and reporting systems currently inadequate to deal with large contracts. Also the OBS is confusing.

      Like all govt roles you are ZERO trust so you have ZERO cross training opportunities with seniors.
