      - You're treated with respect by BCBAs and HR -You're a person, not just an employee - great pay - good benefit options - super flexible schedules - amazing career advancement program -everyone is so nice and passionate - you get to interview families and decide if you want to work with them rather than just being assigned -PTO

      Pros

      Great mentorship - they know a lot and can teach you some fantastic interventions A lot of autonomy over your cases You get occasional CEU’s at quarterly meetings

      Cons

      They don’t assign cases based on where you live and you’ll end up driving pretty far. Case loads/schedules can be a little all over the place They don’t have a great note system/ do everything manually Pay is not competitive
