Pros

It can be a great place to start if you can't get into a shop.

Cons

Pay. Having to schedule days off with 2 sets of people suck. It's not worth it in my opinion, all they give you if some hand tools and pays for your ASE tests. You can get on at a dealership and work your way up and make more money. Dealerships don't care about ASEs as much bc you'll still have to take that dealers said training. Personally wouldn't recommend anyone to this place.

Pros

Co workers were great to work with. Finance manager, recruiting manager and apprentice manager were fantastic. Great personalities and always willing to lend a helping hand. Office location was very comfortable and friendly to work at.

Cons

Management was out of control! Very stressful environment. Unorganized. Known for firing great talented employees who would question systems or management. Constant blaming of staff and little responsibility accepted by owner and manager. Little to no coaching. Only reactive direction given. No room for growth in roles. Terrible culture and working environment. Owner and manager lacks emotional intelligence. Owner and manager were not men of their words. They would say one thing and not follow through most times.
