Pros

Great climate controlled facility, great co-workers, some room for advancement, Indianapolis is a pretty nice city, has a Symphony Orchestra, great Museum Of Art, excellent triple A baseball team, pro football, pro basketball, and of course, great racing.

Cons

Long walk from the parking lot to the work dock, tooling is not too good, upper management has forgotten what it's like to be a worker on the floor (if they were ever there)

Thank-you for your post/review. Agree on walk to hangar, especially in January! One item that always like to drive is education tie-ups with VU, Ivy Tech, & AIM. On this end, encouraging more to earn that A&P has really been a labor of love. Straight ahead, & GO AAR Indy! V/R, G-Man

Pros

good pay and that's it.

Cons

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
