Pros
Would get to experience different fields under Environmental, Health and Safety.
Cons
1. They did not give me my paycheck for a month and half even though I worked during the entire period.
2. Expected to work atleast 10 hours a day.
3. No Work/Life Balance.
4. No Process and change the process as per their need.
5. Need to initiate appraisal and will change the date appraisal would be effective from.
6. Makes employees travel late nights.
7. Paycheck are always late. Expenses incurred during travel are reimbursed after 3-4 months after repetitive reminders. As per the policy, the expenses need to be paid on the 25th of the next month.
8. Discuss about the terms regarding employment, transfer, and career growth but then change it whenever they like.
9. Will give you too much work to do and tell you that you can do the pending work later as the other work is a priority. After 1-2 months will come back and tell you why was the work done when it was assigned even though they are aware they had given other priority work to do
