AAStocks's environment is chill and comfortable, however, the whole operation is very old-fashion. Unlimited soft-drink, cool office space with stupid lifts.

Things don't change easily, unless it's brought up by the boss. Some very obvious flaws have been constantly reported but no one takes it seriously until the boss finally realized it's flawed.

The team structure is simple, no project timeline and email communication.

The formality is so bad, with no transparent project plan and timeline as well as email communication, has no protection for employee.
