Admin time is limited. No paid holidays due to company being so new. Paper time sheets.

People that I worked with directly were great. Clients and families were fun to be with. Had good benefits and a 401K plan, however you needed 20 hours to qualify which was difficult to achieve in the first 3 months.

Promised full time position within a quick amount of time (30-36 hours), after 2 months still working part time ( less than 20 hours). This company is growing fast, and therefore is a bit unorganized, as a new employee I felt forgotten about.
