Pros

Culture is typical of European's. Personal growth is potentially good as there are alot of courses and activities catered for employees.

Cons

- Changes occurs too frequently, standards have been shifting with change of management. - HR only do selective exit interviews with resigners, even done, some are only through telephone interviews. - Growth in company is limited to immediate superior's approval, even for relevant ones. - Depending on divisions/department, can be a political workplace. - Personal Development Assessment (PDA) is not 360deg, it is generally "top-down". - When needed, management can "come to consensus" and give employee PDA ratings without needing to go through employee's discussion.

Cons

Work-life balance can be inconsistent depending on department and production demands * Advancement opportunities may feel limited without moving into management or relocating * Communication and management consistency can vary between shifts/departments * Production pressure and changing priorities can create stress in quality-related roles * Some roles may require overtime or schedule flexibility that can be difficult for employees with family responsibilities * Recognition for process improvements and extra responsibilities may not always match workload expectations * Culture can feel more production-focused than employee-focused at times
