Pros

1. No much work pressure

Cons

1. Very Slow growth, people are doing same work for 5-10 years 2. No perks, canteen food is costly enough for daily consumption 3. HR is for namesake, won't even respond to queries 4. Very few setup to work with, everything is controlled from Switzerland, for any technical clarification local support is minimum 5. Too much dirty politics, in name of Sprint review and retro, meetings for for hours, where senior people wants to target new comers, nobody wants to do redundant work, so they force juniors to do, no documentation, people selectively choose work 6. Managers are almighty, they can make or break your reputation. Whatever the feel becomes rule. Rule is different for different people. They harasses you when you decided to resign. There are some people, especially seniors who are there to give feedback to manager and they will always listen to them. HR has no say on things told by managers 7. Almost one year manager will ensure that you won't get hike by giving you less ratings 8. Bad work from home policies, unnecessary need to stay in office for 9 hours a day 9. In name of one ABB salaries of many employees are very low

Pros

- Exposure to large-scale manufacturing systems and cross-functional projects - Can build strong manufacturing and quality engineering experience quickly - Competitive pay and solid benefits for the area

Cons

Work-life balance can be inconsistent depending on department and production demands * Advancement opportunities may feel limited without moving into management or relocating * Communication and management consistency can vary between shifts/departments * Production pressure and changing priorities can create stress in quality-related roles * Some roles may require overtime or schedule flexibility that can be difficult for employees with family responsibilities * Recognition for process improvements and extra responsibilities may not always match workload expectations * Culture can feel more production-focused than employee-focused at times
