Pros
It was a fast-paced environment, the day would go by quickly. Felt like you were making a positive impact on candidate and clients' lives. If you enjoy talking on the phone all day, editing candidate profiles, and creating materials to be added to the website it is a great place for you!
Cons
Management talked openly behind employees backs, even when they simply went to the bathroom for a few minutes. You are asked to provide false information to candidates and clients, including spoofing phone calls, telling clients about the multiple offices (even though the only office is in Doylestown, PA), posting position openings on job boards that do not exist, and the worst - sending candidates to meet with clients whom we have not yet received the completed background and/or social security check. Pay is low, and benefits were slowly taken away. For instance, just before the New Year employees were told we would no longer have personal/sick days, instead the 3 personal/sick days would be replaced by 3 additional religious holidays.
