Work life balance is awesome

Overtime but not all the time

Great experience for students and recent graduates of the University of Florida! You work with some really great and smart people. Lab technicians (who are usually students working part-time) are usually really motivated and excited to be there. It is a rather young environment that is trying to change their business outlook.

The building is old and looks kind of run down inside and outside. It can be kind of depressing in your work area and it can be somewhat smelly in the laboratory areas. You never know what you're going to test! Salary is a little low, but the cost of living is low in this area.
