Upper management needs to be refreshed. They have all been with the company for a significant amount of time and that shows with their lack of willingness to make any sort of change. They don't care about their employees and have resorted to bullying when they don't get their way. There is never anything "new". When management is presented with new changes that would benefit the company, they always shy away. The company is drowning, and they keep doing the same thing repeatedly expecting different results.
