      Can't think of anything positive to say.

      Cons

      Upper management needs to be refreshed. They have all been with the company for a significant amount of time and that shows with their lack of willingness to make any sort of change. They don't care about their employees and have resorted to bullying when they don't get their way. There is never anything "new". When management is presented with new changes that would benefit the company, they always shy away. The company is drowning, and they keep doing the same thing repeatedly expecting different results.

      Pros

      Quick, easy onboarding, but there was a lack of communication at some points.

      Cons

      NO PTO, NO paid vacations. Every other temp agency I have worked for has offered PTO and vacation, yet ABR does not offer either. I have not heard from the company in about a month, but when I do receive messages, they are riddled with spelling errors and sometimes not addressed to me. No PTO. I work hard, and taking time off without pay is not something I can do.
