      - Family-centric firm, it’ll feel like home quickly - Accessible bosses and opportunity to be mentored - International clientele so good exposure to various cases in different practice groups

      Cons

      - Can be a bit disorganized internally - Needs am improved structure for growth of younger lawyers and better trajectory of advancement for senior lawyers
