      Pros

      President and Management care about the well being of employees, and hard work is rewarded. Well educated and thorough higher ups. Company has good moral values and supports innovation.

      Pros

      Good company to work for in general. They are friendly and helpful for the most part. I have met some wonderful families and still see them even after their case has closed.

      Cons

      They don't set up a new case for you when you close a case. I have been waiting for a new case and they are advertising for positions.

      When our cases come to us, sometimes they require different skills sets than our nurses who are waiting for new assignments. Unfortunately, that prevents us from using the "next nurse" in line for a new case. But we will always try our best to accommodate those who are waiting for a new assignment.
