I worked with some great people, unfortunately they were all being taken advantage of by the company.
Cons
Long hours with little or no pay. The company is built on the long hours of young and eager salespeople- 99.9 % of whom will not succeed in their pyramid scheme to success. They abuse your time, expect the world of you until you learn what they're really about... then when you quit they don't even bat an eye because they already have the next clueless recruit lined up. Just recycling people that are hard up for work.
