Pros
Seeing kids growth because of yourself. Their growth is base from yourself because you create lessons plans.
Cons
Horrible hours, even moreso because you’re not compensated when parents last minute cancels. Which happens often. Supervisors really don’t know what they’re doing. All they do is observe you through zoom and tell you what to do. In person training is nonexisting. No sense of support with company. You’re to yourselves!
