Pros

For the most part, the supervisors and other staff are very nice and helpful. Supervisors want you to succeed with their clients.

Cons

It is an extremely part time position. I am asked to have tons of availability, but rarely am offered new clients. I cannot hold a second part time job that pays enough because the in-home hours for clients are right in the middle of the day. On top of that, they don't pay you if a session cancels for the day, so if you are relying on that money then you are out of luck. They only pay for some travel, which they should pay for all travel as you are required to travel up to 20 miles for each client when the home office is in central San Diego.

Pros

Team members were helpful and great to work with

Cons

Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
