No cons come to mine

Fellow technician co workers. Paid Holidays.

No support from management. Concerns from fellow technicians go in one ear and out of the other. The service operations manager only cares about the numbers and treats technicians like slaves. Field service supervisor never answers the phone or gets back with me and other technicians. I have watched multiple senior technicians leave recently. This company took their best guys for granted and it’s draining to see the best of the best leave. If they couldn’t succeed I feel like I can’t. The pay is also no where near competitors.
