Pros
I can understand some of the negative reviews if one is not accustom to independent working environment or have little experience in the industry. In all, the company really seems great. They (at least in my area) are really easy to get along with and trust their employees to do the work and do it efficiently.
Cons
For those who have little background or educatiob in urban forestry, the training aspect can be lacking. In defence of the company, training is varied depending on the project.
