Pros
The benefits such as health, dental, vision, etc are above average.
Cons
Do not work here. First and foremost, they change software every three months. They talk about consistency and continuity but when you consistently make major business changes, it is impossible to achieve. The room for advancement is practically non-existent. If you do move up, it takes years and years to move up one wrung on the ladder. Second, the time off is a joke. You top out at 15 days after working for 8 years. You start with 5. After 3 years, you receive 10 days. The job titles are meaningless and from what I have experienced, the job posting you apply for is falsely advertised. I am writing this so others do not make the same mistake. If you are truly interested in getting into this industry, there are much better construction companies to apply for. They do monthly birthday lunches and office events to make it feel like a family and they succeed. However, they succeed on both fronts. If you’re not participating, prepare to feel somewhat ostracized.
