Pros
Most companies have less stars due to management abuse. I do not feel that way here, the management is understanding and supportive of their staff.
Cons
Growing pains such as periodic management role shifts, undeveloped standardizations, and balancing workload between employees. However, vast improvements have been made to these areas recently and are expected to continue.
