There is no pressure of last-minute tasks or unrealistic deadlines, which makes working here stress-free and productive. Everything is communicated and aligned in advance with clear expectations. The leave policy is flexible and employee-friendly — applying and availing leaves has never been an issue. The company also ensures employees feel recognized and motivated — every three months, selected employees from each team are rewarded with gifts and appreciation for their achievements. Working hours are quite reasonable — there's no penalty for late arrival as long as you complete your 9 working hours, which shows their trust in employees. Weekends are off, and the company respects your work-life balance.
