Pros

Very few. But, average person in the production staff are very nice, and do work hard and good work.

Cons

Watch your back around the principals and sr level staff. Both tend to speak out of both sides of the mouth. Neither the reporting managers or principals offer direct feedback on items for improvement. It tends to be one way direction of constant criticism downstream. Additionally, for the interview process you'll be required to take a Myers & Briggs test . The test is only effective if it's actually put into practice by the managers and principals. Otherwise, it is a complete waste of $ and time.

Pros

*If you are looking for a job be cautious of this one, it will try to suck the life and money out of you.* Location is good, some staff is good to deal with. Restaurants in the area are good. Mostly of the employees get to park on the ADA property. If the new shell space ever gets built out it may be a nice addition.

Cons

You'll never see or speak to the Principles Brian Quinn or Jim Kassay, both seem to be nice people but they will never get to know you and you'll never get to know them beyond a hello which can be awkward. You are contently expected to buy gifts for the principles, their birthday, bosses day, Christmas. It felt like every 3 months you were expected to give a part of your check back to the person who gave it to you. Project managers need to learn how to interact with employees, they almost think they are god like. Happy employees actually do a better job then employees yelled at and ridiculed. Overheard someone say its not worth getting to know they new person (me) until I've been there for a year implying a lot of people come and go.
