Hey, thanks for this! We read it on Monday, took the accusations exceptionally seriously, so we’ve just finished a full audit of our books and billing. Clean as a whistle, although as usual, likely too much time was cut from invoicing to fit tight client budgets and the protect strong customer relationships we pride ourselves on.
We’re so sorry that you reacted so emotionally, so aggressively and with such an impressive lack of professional decorum, on what was a very difficult decision for us all, especially after giving you such grace with personal matters. But everyone in the team wish you nothing but the best.
