      8a-5p M-F ; Managers have 'open door' policy (however, accomplishes little)

      Cons

      Poorly structured department, that places zero focus on holding on to any talent. They have a better system for training new hires than for retention. A lot of inappropriate office favoritism and politics. Attitude is that you're 'fortunate' to be working for them.

      Manageable workload, good PTO benefits, forgiving attendance system, very diverse environment.

      Cons

      Zero job security, lower than market pay, impersonable overly pr trained management who will lie to your face, zero growth opportunities, very high turnover, nobody knows each other here.
