Pros

The pay was good, but not worth it. Some of the staff are practicioners and lower management, front staff and nurses are fantastic.

Cons

Everything else. I worked in senior leadership for three years. My passion for the patients and fellow staff was almost seen as a weakness! No one else there in leadership actually cares. They prioritise growth over patient safety, staff well being, or contractual agreements. Members of staff are forced out, sacked under suspicious circumstances, and picked apart by the clique that is still currently employed there. Senior leadership and management are all way out of their depth! Not only are they incompetent of following legislation, their own policies and procedures, and partner contractual agreements, but they will willingly disregard them to suit themselves. This company will go bust in time, and I just pray no one dies in the mean time. Their practices are like no other company I've worked for. I have worked at other ADHD assessment companies who do their due diligence and maintain staff well-being and paitient safety. The practitioners are pressured into filling their day with as many cases as possible, and given no time to reflect or complete case reports. The leadership made the decision that they are quite happy to prescribe medication without reviews, without meeting the patients and without following procedures. The fact that the NHS hasn't severed their ties with ADHD 360, and the CQC has allowed them to stay in practice is only due to them no digging deep enough!

Pros

Hybrid working policy, electric car scheme, CPD development, being able to shape our strategy, the people and the service we provide to those waiting on long wait lists. Being ahead of the game in terms of offerings and being the biggest provider of ADHD assessments. I like that we work closely with the NHS. Other benefits that are handy are discounts.

Cons

No sick pay. A potential downside is the pace and consistently high standards, which can sometimes feel demanding. On the other hand, these expectations help maintain quality and push people to achieve their full potential.

Pros

- The staff I work with at ADHD 360 are all absolutely fantastic in everything that they do. This is a service led by staff who really do put the patient at the heart of everything they do - Great work life balance as they offer flexible working arrangements - Good salary and remuneration, including additional staff benefits - They’ve recently increased training opportunities for staff at all levels, including apprenticeships and line managers appear to be very supportive of their staff in their continued development - There are many opportunities to be involved in key decisions that happen for the organisation, including staff forums for different key topics which really helps our voice reach the very top of the tree - I feel incredibly valued in my role and know that the majority of staff do. They do little things to show their token of appreciation such as giving you additional holiday allowance to cover your birthday and Christmas Eve, when most companies stay open. This year, they also gave us the first working day back in January off for all of our achievements in closing out 2025. This was a lovely touch! - Options to buy additional leave are available and they have other schemes such as the electric car salary sacrifice and bike to work

Cons

- No sick pay - 2 of our offices don’t allow dogs which is sad, or good for those with allergies or fears, but the good news is that the other 2 offices do allow dogs, so if you’re having a tricky day or don’t quite feel yourself, you can go into two of the offices and guarantee a cuddle from a furry friend!
