      Pros

      A very few persons are good.

      Cons

      Many of the people there especially the managers are toxic. They pretend a lot when they see you but say nasty things about you behind your back. Not inclusive at all. They already have a box they want you to fit and remain in. Pay is very poor compared to the amount of work you'd be expected to do. Work life balance is zero because you'd be stretched beyond your limit. Avoid working for this people is all I can say.

      Pros

      An organisation that truly supports you to be your best and to thrive. The commitment to our patients is like no where else I've worked - everyone in the organisation is dedicated to doing the best they can for colleagues, patients and their families. After 2 decades in the public sector, I can honestly say I have found my tribe.

      pay responsive to feedback fair and transparent organisation

      Cons

      clinicians and trends are heard and acted upon , the con is probably the time it takes to embed them, but it is also understandable to ensure governance, safety and efficacy is considered before change implemented.
