Pros
Very transparent with the direction the company is heading as well as upcoming changes, I have yet to ask a question and not get a clear answer. The monthly all hands meetings give a great understanding at a high level of where things are heading. The employees are encouraged to help make decisions and help drive the changes within the company for the better, you have a voice. If you are an individual that wants to come and punch a clock for 8 hours a day and be told what to do every step of the way this is likely not the place for you.
Cons
There are still a handful of legacy employees that are not bought in to the changes that have taken place the last few years and that can be very distracting. It is expected that communication always flows from the top down and that is not always the case. This can cause frustration for the individuals that are not hearing the message and are not taking full advantage of their 1:1 time with their manager.
