Pros
You get Costco experience, which you can take anywhere and virtually guarantee you'll never be unemployed as long as you protect your reputation.
Cons
Where to start. Poorly run organization from the top down. People promoted based on how long they've been there rather than their accomplishments. Good ole boys network at the top. The competent people get snatched up by clients or move on to start their own ventures, leaving the rest behind. Morale continues to decline as the rest see their colleagues move on to bigger and better things, and take clients with them. Acosta running the show means they are stuck in their ways and haven't adapted to the changing ways Costco is doing business in a post-Covid world. It's a big, bloated organization.
