Pros
Teachers are given opportunity to teach various grades and subjects but this can cause stress and teacher to be over worked. Your colleagues provide great support. Resources is beter than goverment schools. Depending on school the salary can be higher than goverment schools. Great school to start with but not for long term employment.
Cons
Toxic work enviroment, they push agenda of balance work and personal life but it is impossible with the deadlines and amount of events taking place. The work hours can run 12/13 hours when school events is taking place. Problems is given to HR but is not adress, they keep on saying that it is being investigated. There is a unfair treatment of staff, while some teachers are obligated to do sport and stay till 5, 3 times a week other teachers can go home early or even use their gym benefit. Teachers aren't given opportunity to teach the subjects or grades they want to. All schools in a certain brand is not integrated to work the same,
