Pros
The projects are one of the best developments you can hope to work for. A good variation of teams across different countries, that you can learn from, especially in other disciplines.
Cons
No sense of direction especially for Juniors. You are just a worker here, it is too top heavy for anyone to care about you. If you're young just come here to work on cool projects but then leave after 2-3 years tops, you cant climb up ladders here, so just take from it what you can and then leave. When push comes to shove, the top guys will not care for you and chuck you out with no problems, and without giving you what you deserve. it seems like a right mess and you'll be left in the dark. learn and leave!
