Cons
Many cons. As you read other reviews not left by management, you can trust the truth if being reported. I wouldn’t say the ownership is the issue as much as the middle managers from the vp level and down. The VPs sitting at the office are not a very bright group, their “ideas” are costly and ineffective leading to missed goals. Then they blame the front line workers. They are also a very vindictive group, they will actively sabotage your chances of progressing within the company if they dislike you. If you are fired, they create absurd contracts to try to scare you into not reporting their actions. Lastly, they’ll follow you and work on sabotaging your attempts to move on to a new company and be successful. Even if you agree to not discuss their terrible management , they will still make false reports about you to new employers. Very terrible group. Im sure they will all be sued very soon for causing distress.
