Everybody is very nice and helpful. There is no work to take home and people don't really expect much.
Cons
The pay is EXTREMELY low and the benefits are nonexistent. Direction is very hard to get as upper management is busy. They will take time to answer your questions but otherwise you are on your own with very limited work to do. Much time is spent staring at the clock and waiting to leave. A lot of projects get fallen behind and eventually forgotten until its almost too late.
