The staff are very friendly

1 rule for the staff and a different rule for the directors. Pay is very low and increases are minimal to none existent

Kind & friendly staff Flexible & understanding Lovely office environment

Not a con as such but in smaller companies, there aren't as many opportunities for career growth however they are open for discussions and try their best where possible.
