Pros

Flexible working hours are nice, though it is not a real policy that is the same for every employee. The 401k plan is great, 5% match 100% vested in Mach from day 1 is better than industry standards. This could be a great job if you are a native Spanish or Portuguese speaker.

Cons

The company does not follow through with its promises, it just makes a big fuss about being principled and is the same as or worse than other companies. Very beurocratic, you cannot make any move without having seven people tell you seven different things you need to accomplish before your idea or request can be considered. Ultra homogenous, conservative, religious environment. I overheard many conversations that were inappropriate and exclusive to minorities. If a transgender person had worked at the company they would have had grounds to sue over a hostel work environment based on conversations I overheard. Bad management at all levels. Many people in the company in different departments and at different levels that are untrustworthy, unclear, and are just plain not good managers.

Pros

The greatest strength of this company is the people, plain and simple. Not every interaction will be perfect, of course, but the colleagues you work closely with at each location are truly exceptional. They’re knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely committed to achieving their goals, which creates a strong and collaborative work environment. In terms of benefits, the annual bonus is definitely a positive. However, the health insurance is quite expensive, and the rest of the benefits package is fairly standard compared to other organizations, nothing that really stands out or delivers a “wow” factor.

Cons

Senior management often feels disconnected from day‑to‑day realities and sometimes makes decisions without having all the necessary facts, context, or input. The company also struggles with a significant amount of bureaucracy, which slows things down and creates frustration. There are areas within the organization that appear to receive special protection or preferential treatment, which can be discouraging for teams that don’t receive the same level of support. Additionally, there’s a noticeable sense of negativity across the company, largely driven by ongoing concerns about layoffs. At times, it feels like working in an environment overshadowed by uncertainty and fear. I’m giving a 3 only because the people I work directly with are truly exceptional, without them, this would easily be a 1.
