Too many restaurants for everyone to get what they need.

The only pro is at the Manager level the pay is good. But you will work so hard it isn’t worth it.

No breaks. You have to staff so short handed that you can’t give employees a break or take a break yourself. The company entices applicants with a promise of their own store then downgraded them to an Assistant Manager without speaking to them about it. Their is no training. You are given a book to complete with no time to complete it.
