Pros
Multicultural and positive team, focus on client satisfaction, work in a multi-discipline company
Cons
Focus on profits, lots of promises - none is kept. Micro-management! Lack of technical skills, approach and experience at management level. Lack of appreciation of technical questions, more about quick revenues . Lack of UK industry experience. Awful lot of power & position games at management. Jumping board for "friends". Almost more directors than workers. With a good technical backround it is likely to be a step back in your career by being used and ... pushed down. In the other hand, local directors have no vision or are kept silenced and most of them are missing basic leadership skills. In some instances there are huge problems with recruiting, some non-chartered with 5-8 ys experience oversees a chartered industry expert with 20years background. Huge issues with project pricing - maybe because of being a startup, though leads to commercial/ scope creep complications
