Great experience working under an great CEO for operating an best-in-class hosting company. - Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer AFC Hosting Employee Review

Unlike other small businesses that I have worked for this company is pretty structured and organized they really have things together. Even with all the changes the company is making, these changes being made are clear and we are told way ahead of time. I love how the company will ask us for our feedback and input on these changes being made. Most new, small, or growing companies have make you work a lot of overtime but not here. We are expected to work our shifts and go home. Work-life balance is really important to our CEO and it is really enforced although if we have a good rebuttal for having to work overtime we can do it, but - it is frowned upon and the CEO said that in his letter in our employee handbook. HA! I love that!

Recently we have had some new openings pop up and Our CEO said they promote from within. Well, that's not 100% true, they did hire some people into promotional positions from the outside. I mean we know the company why did they stray away these last couple of openings?

I had my preconceived thoughts about this company when I came in for my last interview with the CEO. My thoughts were who is this KID running this company and am I wasting my time with this interview? Johnnie is no KID for sure and I see why he looks like one - This man is very happy and is always laughing and smiling. With that said, it's contagious and the happy bug attacks rest of us and makes coming to work fun. I am fairly new here to the company and I must say this company has a lot going on. Everything is fast paced and the company is changing constantly to reflect the growth the company is going through. I like how all the corporate managers are involved and are hands-on in the daily business operations. I also like how as a department head that I am given the freedom to run my department and how I am given the opportunity to run my department like I am the business owner. My ideas are heard and I am often told - I think it's a great idea and give me a action plan on how you want it to work. The medical benefits are great! I love the amount of holidays we are given. Lot's of celebrations and I love the family environment we have here.

I don't see anything yet....... I'm still pretty new here started working in March of this year.
