      I really dont think there is any pros except money is fine.

      Cons

      1. No Work Life Balance 2. They make AI software(atleast they claim), so they will think you are a machine. 3. Bond of 3 years which you cannot break, they will make your life hell. 4. No proper policies 5.Saturday working 6.Get ready to work at odd times

      Work Culture is not that good , They hire for a 3 year bond , which is not legal but still they and they don't provide any documents if you leave early .
