Pros
Really nice place to intern. The engineers are extremely helpful. The projects I had, required lots of hands on work and I ended up having tons of real world experience in a few months. You'll have a good time working with other engineers. I was really impressed by my boss, he was more like a friend (still is a friend). There are some remarkably intelligent people in the engineering department.
Cons
It's not a huge company, but thats a not bad because you get recognized for your work. I worked there for less than a year, and everyone already knew about my work. Many people I had never met, complimented my projects. They paid extremely competatively for a mere internship. I am pretty sure big companies like Intel would pay as much to their interns.
