      Different teams come together to work towards a common goal - coworkers are all great.

      Cons

      Merit increases are non-existent. 401k and medical/dental are nothing special. Tuition reimbursement is a joke, barely covers half of what you need.

      Long commute for me, but worth it Quickly changing industry, so AFL makes changes to stay up on current customer demands - not a negative con, just something to keep up with
