Pros

Projects can be interesting to work on.

Cons

Although the projects can be interesting to work on, no matter how hard you try, you are consistently unable to do work that you can be proud of. Unfortunately the company, in its current state, has a total lack of direction. With four pairs of massively underqualified hands, fighting for control of the wheel, you will have to deal with the near-constant bickering and office politics that comes from the top-down. Here you will find: directorship seemingly struggling to keep their heads above water; a complete apathy for your career (your superiors are struggling to do their own job, they clearly don't have time to think about yours); underhanded and, at the very best, ethically questionable decision-making; a below average salary; and a total lack of appreciation for you digging them out of whatever hole they get you all into. Unsurprisingly, it is simply not enough to have people play-pretend at running a business, they also need some sense and skill. Neither of which are anywhere to be found. Frustratingly, you can expect months of progress that you make with client, supplier, or internal department relations, to be completely unraveled by tactless and ham-fisted managers in an afternoon. Just like the long, continuous string of ex-employees, you can do better.
