Poor management - Senior Service Designer AFRY Employee Review

They don't manage to cooperate with other areas of the company, so the promise of getting exiting project is lost. Their management is really poor. They are very bad strategists and don't care much about their employees. Bad business development. They often loose assignments to competitors. They don't live after their core values and strategy promises.
