      No pros at in any way shape or form.

      Cons

      If you like to get paid for the work you’ve done I wouldn’t recommend. If you’re not underpaid you don’t get paid at all. Incompetent of dealing with issues and also answering phones. Before I started I did see similar reviews I thought I’ll see how it goes for me. Big mistake

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Management are very receptive to suggestions.

      Cons

      One downside of remote/flexible working is not always having F2F interaction with colleagues; but this could be said of all companies that offer remote working.

      Pros

      Semi family atmosphere, including grapevine that is alive and well; Benefits are adequate given the small size of the company;

      Cons

      Sometimes management can't make up their minds what they want: start one high priority item only to be pulled off at last second to do another high priority item. So, it would be lack of planning of resources.
