      Honest, open, and very relaxed atmosphere. Flexible working environment. Nobody hanging over your shoulders, yet a clear understanding among all employees that we're here to get the work done as needed. Good people with real heart.

      fun, friendly work environment. great benefits beyond the standard. Truly a team effort where everyone's input is welcome! I feel valued and appreciated for what I do.

      Great people, fun .com start-up like atomosphere (free snacks, ping pong table, etc)

      Cons

      People are fired without warning, no improvement plan or any other attempt to remediate lower than required performance. No clear metrics of performance for anyone, no formal reviews.
