Pros
You set your own hours
Cons
They don’t pay mileage and expect you to make countless home visits, you ask for help with resources and they don't provide help and add on unnecessary tasks just to be able to bill. honestly felt like I wasn’t helping anybody out most of the time just monitoring them. the training focused on how to write notes instead of educating us and equipping case managers with the tools/resources to actually help our clients. Clients get frustrated as they promise things we can’t deliver on. The leads aren’t helpful either and give know it all energy. Also dead end. They sign up people to cash the grants/insurance knowing well that at least with case management we can’t help them. Also expect you to be super invasive with clients which I didn’t feel comfortable with.
